ROSECRANS OIL FIELD

The Rosecrans Oil Field ("Rosecrans"), discovered in 1925, is located in the Los Angeles Basin within the city of Los Angeles, California. OOIP is estimated at 4 billion barrels. To date, the field has produced approximately one billion barrels or about 25% of the OOIP.

Pacific Energy's productive acreage at Rosecrans is contained within two oil and gas leases (Trust and GOC/SERP) encompassing about 32 acres with 6 wells producing 55 BOPD and 120 MCF per day. Oil gravity is 30-35° American Petroleum Institute Index ("API"). Pacific Energy has an operative 50% working interest. Pacific Energy also holds the mineral rights to 490 prospective acres in the East Rosecrans Field located within the Rosecrans Oil Field property.
